Same weekWe visit the property, locate your cesspool, check soil and setbacks, and review your DOH priority zone. Typically 30–60 minutes. Start with a project review.

Design, Engineering & Permitting
Several weeks after submittalStamped IWS design, SMA screening if applicable, and DOH Wastewater Branch submittal. We handle revisions and county permits. Once engineered plans are submitted, DOH review could take up to several weeks.
- 03
Installation
Under a weekCrew mobilizes, tank set, drainfield install, electrical and controls (for ATU systems), and cesspool decommissioning. Usually under a week from start to backfill.
- 04
Final DOH Approval & Restoration
1–2 weeksWe meet the inspector, secure your certificate of completion, finish grade, and clear the site so you can move on with your life.
