Foundation Excavation on Kauaʻi

We excavate to the structural drawing — footings to the called-out depth, slab pads at the right elevation, and over-dig where the contractor needs working room for waterproofing or insulation. Kauaʻi sites add variables most mainland crews don't see: shallow lava rock on the South Shore, expansive clay on the East Side, and saturated soils on the North Shore that need temporary dewatering or stone substitution. We've dug for everything from single-family slabs to multi-unit foundations.
